Americans: Earn $25* for Research Study

Earn $25* U.S.  for Participating in Health Insurance Research Study

If you are asking "Is there a 'catch'?" Yes. And I will tell you what criteria you need to meet in order to participate in the research study. For the study, you will answer about 10 minutes of multiple choice and some write in questions.

Impact Health is conducting an ongoing research study on American individual pay healthcare participation for about the next 18 months.

The study, one of the largest studies of its kind, will help determine needs of individuals who must buy their own health insurance as they are not covered under a group health insurance plan.

If you would like to participate in the study, you earn $25* US for about ten minutes of your time. (I will explain the asterisk later.)

You must meet certain criteria to qualify to participate:

You bought insurance through: A)  Your U.S. state exchange, B), C) Through a broker, or D) Directly through a health plan like Oscar or Kaiser.

You don't receive your health insurance through an employer.

You currently have ACTIVE  health insurance.

You are not on Medicaid, Medicare, or VA health insurance.

You are not a student receiving your health insurance through your school/university.

If you meet ALL of the above criteria, then take the research study and answer all the questions.

At the end of the research study, Impact Health will ask you to provide proof of your insurance (your card) so they can verify your type of insurance and also that it is active. You can text this in, or email in a copy.

You will choose if you want to be paid via Amazon, or PayPal. If you choose PayPal, you will receive an echeck after about three to five working days deposited into your PayPal account.

How and When Do you Get Paid?

First, you will receive an email thanking you for your participation and verifying that you qualified. You also will have an opportunity to refer in other qualified people, as long as the study is still open. The study is for adults only. Not children or teens.

Since Impact Health is expecting more younger adults to participate (but not required), the email writing is in casual writing style.

At the same time, the company is seeking more qualified applicants. If you know people who meet these criteria, you are welcome to refer them. The company pays a referral fee of $25*.

Second, you will receive an email that your payment is on its way within about 24 hours, weekends excluded.

Third, you should receive an email from Paypal, if you chose PayPal, showing that your PayPal has an echeck payment pending for you.

If you choose PayPal, PayPal always charges the person receiving money. You will likely see a small processing deduction for 30 cents  + up to 3.5%, depending on if you are just being paid for yourself, or if you referred other people.

Disclosure: Crisis Coaching is a pending Affiliate of Impact Health. This means Crisis Coaching will be referring people to this research study because we think the study is important, and also this is one way we can bring in funds to help fund our research. We also receive $25* for each qualified referral.
