MA “Rolls Out Red Carpet” for Sexual Perverts and Pedophiles?

March 6, 2014:

Is Massachusetts rolling out the "red-carpet" today to sexual perverts and possibly pedophiles?

Massachusetts Higher Court today announced it IS LEGAL for people to take "up-skirt" photos under women's skirts! The case heard involved a man taking photos and videos with his cell phone while on a trolley.

Present law only prohibits taking photos of women nude, or partially nude, without their permission.

Court ruling said law has not kept up with technology.

Senate is due to hear the case on review.

Seems to be one archaic law screaming for review before it takes some law maker, or spiritual leader to have their child daughter, or teen sexually harassed and violated in this way.

Can't blame the Higher Court - the law is as the law is - but gee, people - how about getting this one law changed "fast"?

This is really going to increase likelihood for a shift:

  • Increase needs to  hire"safety" teams for in elementary and high schools, and on campuses. Your Higher Court just given a "Green Light" head-nod to "Porky's" style sexual harassment!
  • Tourism - What female skirt-wearer, or man wearing a kilt - (hey you are included Guys!)  - wants to go to a State where they can be sexually violated by someone with a cell phone camera?
  • Relocation to your state by anyone who could be traumatized by such an "attack"   - Families with daughters will likely reconsider a move to Massachusetts.
  • Impact retail sales of dresses and skirts - or it will cause an up-surge in sale of midi-length skirts and women wearing slacks / pant suits to work.
  • Impact on Religion - Women who traditionally wear only dresses and skirts (vs. slacks), may be less likely to shop without male escorts, or lengthen their hemlines.

Seems to me this is a "gateway" law - think the marijauna conversation about being a "gateway drug". Massachusetts has now pointed out that any likely younger male inclined to experiment with being a sexual perversion or pedophilia can get his initial "thrills" with his cell phone camera and "up-skirting"   - then freely post these photos on FaceBook, his website, Instagram, do mass-distribution, etc.

Such pictures may not be limited to random stranger -- pictures could be taken of teachers, bosses at work, spiritual leaders, higher profile people in political life, society or entertainment field - without any fear of repercussions.

How fast can the Senate get this law changed - before someone's child, teen, or wife suffers this sexual harassment - or it escalates into rape????!
